Once your plane has landed, the driver will wait for a complimentary waiting time of 120 minutes, allowing you to collect your luggage and make your way to the arrival area. Our 1-way transfer service can also be booked for departures, beginning with a pick-up at your hotel or other location within Phuket's city limits. Private transfers are air-conditioned with luggage storage provided. With our service, you can rest assure knowing that our service will enable you to have a comfortable, safe riding experience. 1. Pick-up at airport: Departure terminal, Exit 2.

?Sedan: Toyota Vios or similar types (1-3 passengers with 1-3 24 inches luggage)

?Minivan: Toyota Commuter of similar types (4-9 passengers with 4-5 luggage)

－Additional Info－

?Drivers will await guests as follow:

- 2 hours for airport pick-up.

- 30 mins for hotel pick-up.

?Please provide your flight schedule when booking.

?Transfers to Phang Nga Bay hotels are not available.

?As travel from the three major beaches and Phuket town require at least an hours travel time, please make a 3 hour advance booking for transports to airports to avoid any flight delays. Transportation time is usually set 3.5hrs in advance for morning pick-ups from 7: 00am- 08: 00pm, 3 hours in advance for night pick-ups from 08:00pm - 7: 00am.

?No additional costs will be added for flight delays under 2 hours.

?Guests will have to rebook for available cars if flight delays exceed 2 hours.
